We have an exciting opportunity at Asiera for an experienced Payroll & HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team on a permanent contract basis.
This role is based at our Dublin 1 office; however, we are pleased to offer a flexible working arrangement via our Work-Life Balance Framework. This allows you to work from home up to three (3) days a week. You will be expected to work at least two (2) days a week in the office, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a balanced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely administration of our monthly payroll activities, working closely with the People Operations Team and our 3rd payroll party provider
- Administration of all company benefits in line with policies and procedures
- Coordination activity for all audits requiring People Operations input
- Preparing and maintaining suite of People Operations reports, for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth purchasing activity for People Operations team, including raising purchase orders, receipting goods and liaising with the Finance Team on payments
- Maintaining accurate employee records on our HRIS (BambooHR)
- Providing high-quality and timely HR and payroll support to our colleagues via our People Operations mailbox
- Engaging with colleagues in a professional manner and championing our good citizenship ethos in all interactions
- Acting as the custodian of correspondence and documentation and driving our quarterly compliance activities.
There will be other responsibilities and duties that crop up from time to time, making this role an interesting and varied one.

What we need from you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Irish payroll administration (in-house or outsourced)
- IPASS Payroll Technician certification, or actively working towards certification
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- HR administration support experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive data
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to exercise good judgement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to form positive working relationships at all levels
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage and organise
